Good Telecom Italia (TIM) is going to appeal against a €28 million (US$30.6 million) antitrust fine imposed upon it and six other companies by the Italian competition authority. In a statement, the operator maintains that it "acted in an absolutely lawful way" with regard to network maintenance services, which were the crux of the matter.

Re: Grips with Mobile Edge Computing Interesting, Carol.  I was wondering what the term meant. 

It appears that more and more it is defined by the network, connections, cloud, which open the doors to multiple user and uses.  As these technologies progress and become more of a utility, I imagine we will focus on the uses that are enabled.
