8:50 AM -- It's amazing what you can find in "Lost Property" –- false teeth, valuable antiques, suitcases full of vacation clothes, upgrade parts for Telefónica UK Ltd. 's mobile network...

Some lost items never see the light of day again. Some, though, turn up on trading Websites.

Good Reason Trading Ltd. -- "We supply new and used goods with warranty from a wide range of industries" – doesn't appear to have too many pairs of second-hand molars for sale, but it is trying to offload a box of base station controller components that were lost in transit between O2 UK's offices and the supplier, Nokia Networks .

Good Reason is very up-front about how it is now in possession of the items (acquired from transport logistics firm DHL), and details in great length the communications it has had with various parties, mostly Nokia Siemens personnel.

The Website claims the list price for the box of items is £81,083, but it's selling them for £34,500 (including value-added tax). Those with a devilish sense of humor might like to know that postage and packing is free.
