Re: Bad news for HTCI wonder how HTC didn't see that coming from Nokia as it is not a first.
Nokia already had won a case against the One smartphone in the UK regarding the radios and microphones and was able to ban it for a while, it also won a patent war regarding its wireless patents, battery-saving patent in Germany.
In times of patents war, HTC should be careful when dealing with the OEM that has the biggest patents.
Yotta PhoneGlad to see innovation again in smartphones, but the current 500 Euros price tag will not allow this phone to fly. Also, for that price tag, design should have been more interesting.
Bad news for HTCBad timing for HTC, both in terms of the holiday buying season and it's strugging business. Maybe the Mini wasn't that successful there anyway, but the HTC One was one of its more popular handsets. Doubt we'll see the patent wars slow down anytime soon.
