Bids in the FCC 28GHz 5G auction have now climbed past $316 million as of the closing round of bids on Wednesday evening.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) 's dashboard (click here to view) reached a total of $316,957,470 million in bids for the millimeter wave spectrum licenses, with 2,469 provisionally winning bids (PWBs). There are still 576 licenses that are held by the FCC.
The auction will commence again Thursday at 10 a.m. ET.
