Apple's New LTE iPad Draws Crowds in NYC
People were lined up down the block in the early morning at the 14th Street Apple store to pick up the latest iPad. With Wi-Fi only as a connectivity option, it's tough to say how popular the Long Term Evolution (LTE) models will be.
One Apple customer, Andrew, was waiting in line for two 32GB models with LTE. And why did he pick the $729 tablets? "It's the latest one," he told me, shrugging slightly.

Whatever the reason for wanting a new iPad, Apple fans are still a hardy bunch. People started waiting at the store at 4 p.m. on Thursday afternoon.
