Made in India Given India's strong preference for Made-in-India products and services, I am a little suprised that a local network provider business has not sprung up. There are local cellulars like Bharti Airtel; local phone brands like MicroMax; local OSS/BSS stack providers like Wipro and InfoSys; local implementation consultants like Tata Consultancy Services. Why not a network vendor till now?
