WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- VOIP Logic LLC, a leading hosted and managed VOIP applications provider, and Sylantro Systems Corp., the leading provider of hosted PBX and IP Centrex solutions to service providers around the world, today announced the integration of the Sylantro Synergy Control and Administration Feature Server into VOIP Logic's core class 5 VOIP network platform. The platform will be demoed at the 2006 Customer Business Exchange June 14, 2006, in New York City.

"Clearly, there are several options for hosted PBX and consumer broadband feature servers in the marketplace," stated Kevin Burke, CMO of VOIP Logic. "We chose the Sylantro Synergy platform because its modular and flexible architecture reinforces our best of breed strategy for integrating VOIP network components. Sylantro's large scale deployments are testament to the scalability and power of their platform. By offering customized and hosted deployments of the platform to service providers, we will enable them to build differentiated, rather than 'me too' VOIP offerings."

With the addition of Sylantro, VOIP Logic's core class 5 VOIP network platform offers service providers an alternative to reselling "white label" VOIP offerings. VOIP Logic's new IP platform features:

  • Carrier neutrality. Service providers can interconnect with multiple origination and termination carriers to ensure greater visibility into and control over their networks

  • Extensive feature options for integration with mobile and other web applications

  • End user web interface that is easily customizable to the service provider's look and feel

  • Web-based portal providing single interface for management of network, subscribers, billing and service delivery

Sylantro's Synergy platform provides standards-based interfaces and carrier-grade reliability serving both the wireline and wireless markets. Synergy meets the highest standards of redundancy, scalability, regulatory, and Operations, Administration, Maintenance and Provisioning (OAM&P) requirements to provide a solution that service providers can rely on. The flexibility and scalability of the Synergy platform enables Sylantro's customers such as VOIP Logic to offer highly unique products to the marketplace.

The Synergy platform is designed to support the redundant, scalable infrastructure requirements of service providers. Its distributed architecture scales from hundreds to millions of users, incorporating extensive reliability features that preserve critical caller and application data, as well as server configuration and data.

"We are pleased with our partnership with VOIP Logic," said Pete Bonee, CEO, Sylantro Systems. "The combination of Synergy's applications-enabled architecture, complete suite of application modules plus VOIP Logic's hosted application capabilities enables the delivery of reliable, managed telephony services with the ability to customize the offering to the customer's specifications."
