SAN DIEGO -- Viper Networks, Inc. (OTC:VPER) CEO Farid Shouekani announced today that the company has named Mr. Nabil Youkhana, the founder of Liberty Global Exchange, to the position of Vice President, North American Sales.

Mr. Shouekani commented, "Mr. Youkhana has a well documented track record in the Voice-over-the-Internet market and brings with him a sales team of ten seasoned professionals as part of our new channel plan for North America." Mr. Youkhana and his team will develop a comprehensive business plan to pursue the business-to-business and small-office/home-office market across North America.

Mr. Shouekani continued, "Mr. Youkhana founded FoneTel, ITC, and American Telecom, building sales to over $20 million within two years, with fully integrated multilingual sales teams across North America.

"Mr. Youkhana's reputation is well known and his sense for business is razor sharp. I am pleased to have him join our team of Voice-over-the-Internet professionals.
