(NASDAQ:UTSI) , announced today that it has filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2005 (the "2005 10-K") with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including all restated financial information for fiscal 2003 and 2004, and for each fiscal quarter within these fiscal years, and for the first three quarters of fiscal 2005, as detailed in UTStarcom's press release dated May 24, 2006. Also included in the 2005 10-K is management's assessment of the effectiveness of UTStarcom's internal control over financial reporting.
