SAN RAMON, Calif. -- Time Warner Cable (NYSE:TWC), the second largest cable television provider in the U.S., has joined MoCA(r) as a Contributor level member. MoCA can now claim three of the largest cable companies in the U.S. as members.
Time Warner Cable provides a variety of services for the connected home in addition to cable television including digital phone and high-speed Internet access.
"We look forward to Time Warner Cable's contribution to the next generation of the specification and organization overall," said Charles Cerino, president of MoCA.
