By acquiring Iseemedia, Synchronica has taken a bold step in its goal to become the leader in next-generation mobile messaging solutions in high-growth emerging markets.

Iseemedia's strong presence in India, the world's second largest mobile market, is of particular strategic importance to Synchronica. The acquisition brings Synchronica's total addressable market to 853 million subscribers worldwide.

Synchronica's flagship product Mobile Gateway provides push email and synchronization, instant messaging (IM), social networking services (SNS) and web feeds to consumers and business users, regardless of the type of handset they use.
