Mobile data gateways firm swallows specialist in messaging services for emerging markets

By acquiring Iseemedia, Synchronica has taken a bold step in its goal to become the leader in next-generation mobile messaging solutions in high-growth emerging markets.
Iseemedia's strong presence in India, the world's second largest mobile market, is of particular strategic importance to Synchronica. The acquisition brings Synchronica's total addressable market to 853 million subscribers worldwide.
