Sprint signs a multiyear communications services agreement with Phillips de Pury & Luxembourg, an international art auction house

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- Sprint (NYSE: FON, PCS) today announced that it has signed a multiyear communications services agreement with Phillips de Pury & Luxembourg, an international auction house that specializes in sales of impressionist, modern and contemporary art. The agreement will deliver a wide range of communications technologies, including the management of a custom-designed auction application to help the 200-year-old auction house better serve its clients by moving merchandise more effectively.

The New York-based auction house will use its customized auction application to bring together buyers and sellers and account for every client's unique tastes. Sprint also will build and manage the entire IT infrastructure and provide IP VPN WAN services.
