Samsung and Telefónica strike partnership designed to meet the needs of each other's multinational customers

MADRID -- Telefónica Global Solutions and Samsung are delighted to announce a partnership agreement to support enhanced end to end service delivery to multinational customers globally.
The agreement leverages the core competences and leading market positions of both Telefónica, in global digital and communication services and Samsung, in electronics and cutting edge technology, to bring to the multinational market a differential partnership designed to enhance the customer experience and deliver innovative new services.
The agreement defines how Telefónica and Samsung will collaborate and how both companies will work together to further succeed in the multinational market, covering marketing, pre-sales, bid management, product and services, global project management, device management and customer services and operations.
The partnership will encompass cooperation across both marketing and sales, specifically including joint operational processes and protocols for commercial collaboration and tracking. This will enable both a seamless go to market strategy with associated marketing activities within the MNC segment.
Importantly the agreement extends the value proposition for both companies with joint product and service development for specific markets and the expansion of mobile device management capabilities and applications.
