CARLSBAD, Calif. -- Oluma, Inc., the leading provider of Optical Sensing Solutions, announced today successful completion of the damp heat portion of Telcordia GR-1221 for its integrated photodiode Tap and VOA (TVOA). In addition, the TVOA has also successfully completed the temperature cycling and mechanical testing portions of GR-1221. The ability to withstand 500 hours of 85°C temperature at 85% relative humidity is the most grueling requirement of Telcordia GR-1221, strongly positioning the TVOA to continue increasing sales into deployed telecommunications equipment. The TVOA is well suited for transceiver protection, OADM signal balancing, and integration into all-optical switches. Please contact [email protected] to start your TVOA product evaluation today.
