PITTSBURGH -- Marconi plc (London: MNI), a globalprovider of advanced communications solutions, today announced that it willacquire Mariposa Technology, Inc., a U.S.-based provider of integratedaccessdevices (IADs) for building converged voice, video and data networks.Marconiwill acquire Mariposa Technology for $268 million.
