Glenayre provides Versera messaging solutions to Leap, supporting more than 1.4M Cricket customers nationwide

ATLANTA -- Glenayre Technologies, Inc. today announced that Cricket Communications, Inc., a subsidiary of communications innovator Leap Wireless International, Inc., has installed Glenayre's Versera(TM) Messaging platform in its markets nationwide.Leap began utilizing Glenayre's voice messaging solutions when it first launched Cricket, its unlimited local wireless service, in March of 1999. Today Leap relies on Glenayre's Versera Messaging platform to help provide flexible communications services to its Cricket customers in all 40 of its markets across the country.
