Iptimize adds broadband sales guru Garlock as vice president, worldwide sales

DENVER -- IPtimize, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPZI, "IPtimize"), a broadband voice and data service provider, announced today that Mitch Garlock has joined the company as Vice President, Worldwide Sales. With an extensive background in broadband telecom and cable applications, Garlock will be spearheading the company's growing sales operations across all industries and verticals.

Joining IPtimize from NextGen Holdings. an international consultancy handling client product distribution, outreach and services support to global broadband service providers, Garlock has extensive sales experience working amongst broadband service providers in North America, Latin American and targeted countries in Asia. Bringing additional sales expertise from time spent in the cable television industry, Mitch brings more than 14 years of telecommunications knowledge and relationships to his role at IPtimize. Prior to NextGen, Mitch was the Regional Vice President of sales for Cedar Point Communications where he was responsible for significantly increasing revenue in 2007 to a client base that included Charter Communications, Buckeye Telesystems, Insight Communications, Net2Phone, Metrocast Cablevision and many more. Mitch has sold test and measurement equipment and software, status monitoring hardware and software, VoIP switching, transport hardware, satellite receivers and provisioning software, making him a multifaceted leader for the IPtimize sales team.
