BURLINGTON, Mass. -- IPeria Inc., the emerging leader in messaging and communications software for VoIP, today announced it has secured $5 million in a new round of funding to help drive an aggressive growth plan for the company. Friedli Corporate Finance, a venture capital firm based in Zurich, Switzerland, provided the funding.

"We're entering a significant phase of growth for our ActivEdge software product," said David Jodoin, Chief Executive Officer for IPeria. "The new funding from Friedli Corporate Finance allows us to further expand our sales and marketing efforts, and will continue to grow our R&D department."
