OSLO -- Global IP Solutions (GIPS) (OSE:GIPS) announced today that it has signed a VoiceEngine Mobile (Android) agreement with Motorola, Inc., a Delaware corporation. VoiceEngine Mobile is a comprehensive, packaged solution that handles all the necessary voice processing tasks for IP networks, providing superior voice quality even under adverse network conditions.

The agreement includes platform fees, support and royalties.
