GUANGZHOU, China -- China Mobile Games and Entertainment Group Limited (Nasdaq:CMGE) ("CMGE" or "the "Company"), a leading mobile game company based in China, today announced that its American depositary shares ("ADSs"), each representing fourteen Class A ordinary shares of the Company, began trading on Nasdaq today under the ticker symbol "CMGE."
CMGE registered the distribution of its Class A ordinary shares in the form of ADSs by filing a registration statement on Form F-1 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, who declared the registration statement effective on September 20, 2012. A copy of the registration statement is available for download at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's website, www.sec.gov.
