Cedar Point Names CFO

DERRY, N.H. -- Cedar Point Communications, aleader in integrated VoIP switching technologies for the service providerand enterprise industries, today announced that veteran senior financeexecutive Donald Halsted will be joining the company as Chief FinancialOfficer (CFO) in the latter part of July.

Halsted, who has substantial expertise in leading financialorganizations, increasing cost efficiencies, managing acquisition processesand implementing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, has more than 25 yearsexperience in finance and management within the telecommunications,technology and consumer sectors. Most recently, Halsted was CFO of 3ComCorporation, a NASDAQ listed company in Marlborough, MA.
