WESTFORD, Mass. -- Aylus Networks™, a leader in helping mobile operators manage and monetize the explosive growth of broadband video and rich communications traffic on their networks, announced today that they have appointed Mark Edwards CEO. Mr. Edwards brings 25 years of senior executive experience in building market leaders in the computing and telecommunications industries to Aylus Networks. Most recently he was CEO of Mformation Technologies Inc., which he built from the ground up to become the global market leader in mobile device management (MDM) software with over 40 mobile operator customers, and over 160 million devices managed.

“Mark Edwards did a fantastic job for North Bridge at Mformation so we were very pleased when Shamim and he decided to join forces with the goal of building the leader in video applications for wireless,” said Edward Anderson, Managing Partner, North Bridge Venture Partners.
