Obviously this tech giant needs to do something to make sure they are ahead of their competitor. Even though Slack has been around in the industry for a much longer period of time when it comes to B2B instant messaging, it does not mean that Microsoft needs to let them continue holding that title. They have the mechanics to build a similar platform with so much more to offer, so why not?
