I updated this story to make it clear that Starry is currently using shared/lightly licensed spectrum bands, specifically the lower 37GHz band.

Great question! Sprint has not participated in a spectrum auction In decades. They have lots of 2.5 GHz spectrum.

Thanks Mike for sharing details.

However, I am surprised with complete absence of Sprint in this auction. Is it because of over-relying on T-Mobile merger or possibly content with existing 2.4 GHz Mid-band spectrum for 5G deployment nation wide.
