What technology?
If I didn't know the point of that video, I'd think it was for WiFi. Current 802.11ac and uocoming 802.11ax have many of the same features and functionality. What's the differentiator for 5G?


In my area of the North East US, WiFi is ubiquitous. I rarely even need 4G, and can go a year with less than 1GB usage (~15GB/mo on WiFi per device). That service is provided by the cable consortium (CableFi) at no additional cost over my home Internet service.


What value does 5G offer over and above that? If you want to sell 5G, that's what the telecoms need to figure out.
