Possible wrinkle?
Worth noting -- Per the Washington Post, NASA has ordered a safety review of SpaceX & Boeing "to evaluate the culture of the workplaces" set to start next year. Appears that the review ties into contracts to fly NASA astronauts so it's unclear if that review would have any impact on SpaceX's plans for the unmanned Spacelink satelite launches.

And the report notes that the review was prompted in part by Elon Musk's decision to smoke some weed on a podcast. That "rankled some at NASA's highest levels," the report added. NASA didn't pinpoint the whole Musk-smoking-week episode, but told the paper that the review is to "ensure the companies are meeting NASA's requirements for workplace safety, including the adherence to a drug-free environment."  But, yeah, that totally had something to do with it.
