Securitas Direct & Sigfox
I am surprised by your comments about Sigfox OSS. Securitas Direct places extremely demanding requirements from our partners to support our product offer and we have found Sigfox always able to maintain their commitments. We have millions of connected objects and have chosen Sigfox's connectivity thanks to its unique anti jamming feature, thereby bringing advanced security to Securitas Direct's customers. We look forward to bringing out more innovative products with Sigfox in the future.

Objective reporting
I think it's important to point out, in response to some of the comments suggesting we have a grudge against Sigfox, that the vast majority of the recent stories have been news reports highlighting developments, rather than opinion pieces criticizing the company. We have even noted on numerous occasions that Sigfox's technology continues to be very highly regarded in the LPWAN industry, including by some of the executives to have left the company. And we've pointed out that its price competitiveness will be hard for other technologies to challenge. We have always been objective.

We would not be doing our jobs properly if we found out that staff were leaving the company, or that partners were questioning their business relationship with Sigfox, and we DIDN'T report it. And those developments obviously raise questions about Sigfox and its state of health. We certainly do not have anything against Sigfox, or any reason to prefer any other LPWAN technology. In fact, we've been accused in the past - when reporting on NB-IoT interoperability problems - of pursuing some kind of vendetta against NB-IoT. Again, nothing could be further from the truth.

Re: I wonder why you are on a sabotage mission and always targeting Sigfox
Totally agree. Sigfox OSS is one of the most stable platforms I have seen, that others could envy....And hire fast, fire fast is a very healthy approach. Look at Musk s enterprises...I am glad Sigfox is agile and is striving always to find the best people for the job.

I wonder why you are on a sabotage mission and always targeting Sigfox
We use Sigfox OSS on a daily basis and never heard of issues with it. Works fine as far as i know.

Why don't you mention that Bertrand Rame is replacing Rodolphe BF as GM, with a long positive experience and a great guy to lead Sigfox?

In a team of 400 employees within a very tiring grown-up environment, for sure there are departures, either voluntary or because people are not up to the task, and this is very healthy instead of keeping people that can't do the jobs anymore. In our own start-up of 45, we faced that many times and at the end it was always positive as it allowed us to bring on board fresh blood. As we grow up and get more visible, we also attract high caliber individuals to get the job done. This is the normal life of a business that you seem to discover, may be possibly because you work on your own.

Overall, your constant hammering on Sigfox is painful to read and i keep wondering the purpose of it. Is it the only place in the IOT world where you know someone internally that is doing some sabotage work and that you feel priviledged to relay such infos?

Your credibility as a journalist is at stake.
