Avoid Over-Reliance on AI
While AI can certainly help with the simple tickets, as the post illustrates, over-reliance means that the calls that can't be handled by AI too often have no easy way to get to a human. As a customer (not of T-Mobile, but of many companies), I run into this far too often.
