failing fast
Learning how to "fail fast" in business can be more illuminating than your successes. I thought it was interesting that Abella highlighted that, and great that a company like AT&T was agile enough to pivot. I wouldn't say her music service was a complete flop, since elements of it are in popular apps like Spotify today. (But, I'm also with the focus groups that said music is more of a background activity not an actively social one.)
