What Verizon is deploying at Sacramento is mobile ready. Verizon just needs to amend its LMDS license to enable mobile internet service.

What spectrum too? AT&T does not have the mmWave resources to do any kind of major rollout yet. Thar;s why its been asking the FCC to hold mmWave auctions this year.
