Releases 15 and 16 -- still too soon
Dimitris Mavrakis, research director at ABI Research, teased this up for me in a recent interview for Telco Transformation I conducted with him. (link)

Dimitris's assessment was that, even after this release, it's still too soon to know where the 5G market is heading -- and will remain too soon until at least after the Release 16 (about two years from now).
