So wait, the CEO of Orange is going on trial for embezzlement? While he's still the CEO? That seems a bit problematic if you ask me. What do shareholders think of this arrangement? I guess he deserves a trial before judgement. But seems like maybe this whole thing would be a distraction for Orange.
