Has Huawei or Nokia lost out?
This is a major setback for either Huawei or Nokia. The question is which. Deutsche Telekom wouldn't be pinned down on the specifics. The spokesperson's statement suggests it's Huawei that's out, but Nokia's comments make me think otherwise. Anyone have an idea?
