A big deal
Yes, could be a big deal in opening up to new players and creating more efficient spectrum use. CBRS promises to add up to 150Mhz in the 3.5Ghz zone, more than any single operator currently has. 

The CBRS model depends on the SAS, a database of spectrum users and rights, so ultimately it gets down to the quality of data.
