Bias in the survey?
This poll demonstrates how Hillary lost? It over counts the leading answer and disregards the silent minority.....

Didn't roughly 26% of eligible voters in the US vote for Trump? Seems to be tracking that curve fairly accurately.

Constitutionality
That first option really boxes people in, huh?  (And, by extension, so do the others.)  A person's legal opinion as to constitutionality may well differ from their personal moral or idealistic opinion.

Let the lawyers and judges haggle over constitutionality.  The Constitution, when it comes to politics, is a red herring.  ;)
