So Sprint chose Samsung?
Last time we heard about Sprint's 2.5 Ghz plans, it was that Sprint was negotiating with Nokia and Samsung for its 2.5 Ghz TDD LTE network.

Looks like Samsung got the contract to deploy TDD LTE in 2.5 Ghz band based on descriptio of this article. Then what about the plan to deploy Chinese TD-LTE+ in 2.5 Ghz band? Has Softbank/Sprint given up on TD-LTE+ deployment due to the US federal opposition, or does Samsung act as a proxy assembler of Chinese basestations?

Or does Samsung pursuade Sprint to dump TD-LTE+ and jump straight to Samsung 5G?

Re: Carrier aggregation
What do we always say? Don't cross the bands!

Carrier aggregation
This is easier than doing it cross bands. When you use different bands it gets more complicated. We can do it all in the 2.5 GHz," he said. I disagree with this. It is proven that aggregating a low and high bands is an efficient deployment strateg capturing the coverage advantage (and UL stability) of low band and enjoy the enormous capacity of the high band.
