TiVo's Future
I am actually surprised it took this long for TiVo to be acquired. And I also worry about what the future will bring. The market for these types of services seem to be closing. However, analytics are really important – so maybe there is a way to make this work (somehow).

Re: TiVo's Future
I'm surprised too. Both the Rovi and TiVo groups still need to do some serious pivoting though. The UI and set-top businesses have changed radically.

Headquarts
My girlfriend works for Rovi.  Rovi's already headquarted out in San Carlos.  Not really moving away from Comcast physically.  The CEO works out of the Wayne office more than not.

Data is the new...
Agree on potential of combining analytics with set-tops. Data has been the new creative for about five years - sometimes takes a while to see these slogans take off, as could occur here.
