Update February 20
II-VI has ammended its 66 cents a share offer with a higher bid of 73 cents a share. This is less than the offer from Company B, as yet unidentified but for its being a Chinese company. II-VI said its ammendment was made in case the transaction with Company B does not close in a timely fashion.
