But favoring your own OTT offering over competition's offering wouldnt be violating net neutrality in a way?

Kruz, I dont say that CSPs need to favor their own offering, my point is that they need to measure their own OTT offering QoE in their network and over the internet as well as determine other's OTT services quality in their network.

All that information then should be used to improve QoE of the service independently if it is the own offereing or not.
