As part of the Wi-Fi Calling testing service when having acccess to Wi-Fi networks customers will no be charged. They only pay their regular subscription. 

The test is in its first stage of testing, and includes making and receiving calls from the area of EU countries including Poland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein mobile numbers and landlines. 

Only subscribers of Plus offer 'Plus Subscription' can participate in the test, which lasts until Devcember 21st and is limited to 10.000 subscribers.

Polkomtel Is this the native WIFI calling feature or is this done through a VOIP application? How are calls made to Europe charged?
