AT&T lost TV subs, which was part of the problem, but AT&T is still a big video CPE customer overall for Arris, which means the switch to a DirecTV platform will continue to be painful if Arris doesn't close on Pace. 

That said, I still think the outlook for Arris is pretty good. If it can close Pace under reasonable conditions, that plus DOCSIS 3.1 and other network investments should give it a major lift heading into the second half of next year.

I assume DOCSIS 3.1 should keep Arris relatively busy? 2016 should be hopping when it comes to faster cable speed deployment. Not like AT&T was adding new TV and broadband subscribers at any great clip anyway, I think they actually lost 92.000 subs last quarter.
