Seems Vodafone will be the biggest loser after this merger. What are the concessions that BT/EE will have to make for the merger to be approved by the CMA authority.

Announce device, surely
So the IoT push appears to coinsist of a single video camera SKU with a SIM?  Not sure why I don't just want a video camera with WiFi direct connectivity to then use my mobile and exisitng EE account.  Wait a minute where is my video camera, stopped using it years back because the ones on my smartphones are now good enough... Not sure this will have the BT guys in awe!
