30 days to 3 hours is an impressive reduction in turn around time. So what is the impact on bottom line? Has the customer adoption rate increased?

Iain, great article and vision for telecoms.  I fully agree and believe that Cisco understands the changes and the moving parts needed to make a competitive platform.  It is both integrated, with aligned partners using the network, but also open in having multiple entry/exit points for services.  This is where the value is added, not just connectivity anymore.
