It only makes sense. They'll all be pushing their own direct-to-consumer streaming services before long, so they're suddenly slighlty less partner and more competitor to traditional cable ops. Competitors who won't want their apps running into usage caps, etc.

It's an interesting political argument -- I don't believe we've seen net neutrality advocates enlisting broadcasters as natural allies before, have we?
