Ericsson's revenue in USD terms
Ericsson's SEK 228B revenue in 2014 is flat y-o-y in SEK terms. However, in USD terms, the revenues are down almost 20%. SEK 228B = $ 28B, which compared to $34B in 2013.

If you consider the sharp drop in Swedish Krona value against USD in 2014, especially H2 2014, Ericsson's performance in North America needs more analysis.

Ericsson's 'targeted areas'
So Ericsson has a collection of targeted areas that it is looking to drive growth.

10% growth in 2014 is nice enough but I feel that it's going to need to ramp up that growth rate and generate some very meaningful revenues from cloud, IP, B/OSS and video if it's going to counter ongoing network sales pressures.
