High-speed broadband services to air passengers
Paul,

This is fantastic news. It will be great for airlines like norwegian.com for example, which has been proving free in-flight WiFi for some years now. I don't know specifics about their speed at the moment, but certainly a faster in-flight connection will be welcomed by everyone.

Exchange Catch 22
I guess withe the xchanges, it's a case of which can come first -- will enough cloud providers hook up to an exchange from a company such as Equinix before there is a signigficant mass of end users? And will end users sign up if they can only choose from a handful of cloud services?
