While some dramatic cord cutting event is unlikely, that drip drip sound should be ominoius to the pay tv industry. There has to be a plan to keep those subscribers and gain more revenue somehow if they are to survive the cord cutting trends.

Leichtman has traditionally been one of those analysts that downplays the cord cutting phenomenon as simply seasonal statistical blips. I wonder how long he plans to hold on to that particular idea? Seems to tap dance around it this report...
