The ratios in your report
The ratios that you mention 3:1 versus 1.3:1 seem like they are very specific to deployment scenarios.

Let me use the other number in the post 50 meter reach.  At 50 meters, most single family home construction is going to be a problem.  Even 100 meters is going to be pushing it.  Typical US deployment, will be 8 - 12 homes per drop point crossconnect.  It seems a real problem to reach that many homes - especially if you are expecting to have the CPE modem inside the house.

That would put the real deployment for apartment buildings with something like a DSLAM/floor.  It is not obvious to me that you will be able to do reach up the riser from a basement and reach all apartments even in a modest 4 floor building.

My point with all of this is that you are avoiding the deployment of a really small loop in order to get G.Fast.  Unless you can reach all the homes off a drop box or all the apartments out of a basement, your ratios seem off.
