Re: Devices
for Rural its about coverage but for Urban it's about indoor penetration. I recently tried to transfer from AT&T to TMo and the indoor coverage 5 blocks from a tower was so bad I had to reconsider.

Re: Devices
Verizon's 700A areas shouldn't have interference issues, but other rural areas could. Those rural areas should be much more important to T-Mobile since their network in rural areas is still EDGE. Just hoping T-Mobile goes after other licences owned by smaller operators, and covering rural America.

Also possibility of TV interference issues on the lower A block too.

Re: Devices
Hey Dan.  Don't yet jump the gun and believe all devices that support any 700MHz block are interoperatable.   Verizon is Upper C (B13). This is lower A (B12), There aren't any single devices which support both (not even the Iphone) - and not likely will be any soon.  The most likely scenario in the near term is the merging of B12 (U.S. Cellular) and B17 (AT&T) since they already overlap.

I guess T-Mobile would also get the benefit of Verizon's starting work with devices that support AWS and 700MHz spectrum too.
