Yeah, I think this was in the hands of shareholders to have an effect on it, because no one else will--I agree in part because of Googorola.

I'm a little surprised no one is asking for any conditions, since Microsoft has other partners to look out for, but I guess Google and Moto could do it, so makes sense Nokiasoft can too.

Whatever approvals are still needed before this deal closes are just formalities now. Amid all of the complaining that this is a bad deal, Nokia shareholders had their chance to voice their disapproval in a way that would have mattered, and didn't do it.
